She was predeceased by: her parents, Eales Cotton and Erie Adams Cotton; her husband Otis Steele; her siblings, Tamera Short, Elizabeth Wilson, Frank Cotton, Bill Cotton and Milford Cotton; and her grandson Otis L. Steele, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Otis L Steele (Libby) of Ashland, Brent Steele (Linda) of Grayson, Kay Marshall (Whitey) of Grayson and Merry Berry (Mike) of Grayson; her grandchildren, Angie Salyers (Delbert), Terry Marshall (Joy), Jack Marshall (Amanda), Heather Berry, Matt Berry, Christy Harris (Daniel), Shaina Johnson (Eric) and Casey Steele (Jessica); and her siblings, Marjorie Gose, Kenneth, Larry and John Cotton. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
