He is survived by: his wife Doris Sensenig Mullins; his children, Kenneth Eugene Piper (Rhonda Ann) of Louisa, KY, Nikki Allen (Ralph) of Grayson and Jamie Lee Clark (Eugene) of Paintsville; his sisters, Goldie Mullins of Webbville and Jeannie Landon; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Elijah Piper, Alex Rose Piper, Courtney Jade Ramey, Aaron Hueston Allen, Ralph Joseph Allen, Thomas Austin Allen, Ashley Nichole Maxie, Dedra Martindale, Stacia Clark and Brooklyn Clark. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
