He is survived by: his mother Bernice Hensley Mullins; his children, Jacob Mullins (Felicia) of Wauseon, OH, Eddie Jr. Mullins (Anna) of Olive Hill, KY, Carrie Neal of Wauseon, OH and Terri Alfrey (Casey) of Mount Sterling, KY; his siblings, Larry G. Mullins of Ironton, OH and Carolyn Griffith (Anita Mullins) of Rush, KY; his grandchildren, Jayde, Hunter, Zoey, David, Landon and Nathan; and his nephew Maurice Wallace. He is also survived by the mother of his children, and Lyndsey Mullins the mother.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sparks Funeral Home (203 W Main St, Grayson, KY 41143).
