It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Wade Messer of Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Messer and Maxine Rogers Messer; his son Mathew Earl Messer; and his sisters, Wilma Jean McDavid and Thelma Jewell Messer.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Joy Wanner Messer; his children, Mark Messer (Mary) of Grayson, KY, Lambert of Grayson, KY, Connie Hignite of Grayson, KY, Stephanie Rodgers (Robert) of Grayson, KY and Jessica Mullins (Joshua) of Ashland, KY; and his sisters, Genell McDavid (Dee) of Grayson, KY and Kimberly Miller of Grayson, KY.
