He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Withrow and Virgie Carter Withrow; his siblings, Layfette, Curt, Ray, Doug, Edith and Annabelle; and his son Donald Gene Withrow Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Opal Claxon Withrow; his daughters, Lisa Sammons (Keith) and Mary Beth Tolliver; his siblings, Hugh Withrow, Rosemary Kartune of Grayson, Shirley Jackson of Grayson, Wanda Withrow of Grayson and Karen Withrow of Grayson; and his grandchildren, Blake, Brandon, Bethany, Marcy (Taelor) and Brady. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his church family and friends.
