It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie Watts of Grayson, Kentucky, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie J. Reffett and Katie Bailey Reffett; and her siblings, George Ousely and Thelma Steinaway. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Watts; her children, Terry Marshall (Mary) of Grayson, Brenda Hughes (Bill) of Haverhill, OH and Sheri Griffieth (Gary) of Winchester, KY; her sister Kathy Faber-Pitts of Chelsea, MI; and her grandchildren, Erin Anna Ryland (Jim), David Lane Marshall (Lakisha), Jon Marshall (Jessie), Jamie Lee Stroud (Kenny), Robert Earl Parsons (Melissa) and Kandace Brook Griffith. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
