We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021, at the age of 70, Dena Shepherd of Grayson, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Everett Davis and Eileen Ruth Easterling; and her brothers, Charles "Spunkie" Davis and Van Davis. She is survived by: her husband Fred Shepherd; her sons, Fredrick Shepherd Jr. (Ronda) of Grayson and Chad Shepherd of Grayson; her brother Phil Davis (Connie) of Grayson; her stepfather Charles Russell Easterling of Grayson; her grandchildren, Fredrick (Bre), Kayla (Cory) and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Conner, Karter, Khloe, Gannon, Gatlin, Allie, Aubree, Avarey, Asher and Beckett.
