He was predeceased by: his parents, Lev Holbrook and Belva Charlene Stamper Holbrook; his wife Wilma Mae "Jiggs" Sergent Holbrook; his daughter Cheryl Holbrook Bradford; and his siblings, Louise "Hootie" Holbrook Carroll, Gay Holbrook Marshall Flaugher and William "Buddy" Randall Holbrook.
He is survived by: his son Pat Holbrook (Judy) of Grayson; his granddaughters, Stacey Woods (Chris) of Clearwater, FL, Amy Parsons (Bryan) of Russell and Trish Brammell (Chad) of Grayson; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Lila, Charlotte Woods, Grace (Cody Layne), Holli, Charley, Finn Parsons and Macy Brammell. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
