She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Dee Sturgill and Juanita McDavid Sturgill. She is survived by: her husband Randall J. Adkins; her daughter Evangeline "Camille" Adkins of Grayson, KY; her brother Franklin R. Sturgill of Sandy Hook, KY; her stepdaughter Rachel Adkins of Morehead, KY; and her aunts and uncles, Betty Ison (late Dan), Joan Herron, Blanche Howard, Rhondal Sturgill (Sharon) and Krandall Sturgill (Carol). She is also survived by many cousins and other family members.
