He was predeceased by: his father David S. Harlow Sr.; and his great grandchild Ryker Littleton. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Marie Colley Harlow of Grayson; his children, David Harlow III, Hunter Harlow, Eddie Riggs, Rylee Harlow, Evelyn Sallie, Frankie Ratcliff, Tammy Brock, Melissa Meadows and Amanda Woods; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Jordan, Martha M. Harlow, Laurel Jordan, Joyce Hall and Robert Harlow. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
