He is survived by: his children, Adam Davis of Rush, Tony Kintigos (Becky) of Greenup, Nick Kintigos (Theresa) of Greenup and Nicole Holderby (Joseph) of Huntington, WV; and his siblings, Michael Counts (Ginger) of Morristown, TN, Linda Marshall (Rees) of Georgetown and Lisa Caudill (J. C.) of Ashland. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, friends and extended family.
