He was predeceased by: his parents, Hirst Bailey and Zelda VanHoose Bailey; his siblings, Fred Bailey, Wallace Bailey, Charles Bailey, Ferrell Bailey, Jean Desjardin, Bula Alley and Ponnie Prucnell; and his great grandchild Harrison Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Sabra Hicks Bailey; his children, David Michael Bailey, Leslie Swartz (Charlie), Jill Nolan (Rick) and Kelly Smith (Larry); his grandchildren, Nikki Moore (Jay), Tyler Nolan (Sarah), Shelley Crooks (Chris), Brian Smith (Kaitlin), Robert Nolan (Misty), Brent Smith (Lauren), Whitley Bailey (Jason), Nathan Bailey and Emily Bailey; his great grandchildren, Grace Moore, Lucas Crooks, Rhyann Gibbons, Bailey Crooks, Jacob Nolan, Hudson Smith and Theo Nolan; and his sisters, Martha Ward and Jennie Klug. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, face masks are required, and social distancing should be observed.
