It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dallas Lee Yates of Grayson, Kentucky, born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on August 3, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Lee and Ina Mae Enyart Yates; and his brothers, Gene Yates and Doug Yates. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mae Osborn Yates; his sons, Col. Kyle Robert Yates (Kori) of South Korea and Dallas Craig Yates (Natalie) of Houston, TX; his stepchildren, Jody Michale Howman of Ohio, Heather Mae Lee and Nathan David Howman (Susan) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Charley Madison Yates and Evon Roberts Yates; his stepgrandchildren, Courtney, Brittany, Sara, Amber and Zoe; his brothers, Larry Yates of Summitt and Tony Yates of Rush; and his sister-in-law Ruth Yates of Rush. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
