She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Honaker and Ollie Oliver Honaker; her husbands, Hobert Bostic and Clifford Carroll; her children, Josephine Perkins (Harley) and William Bostic; her siblings, Mack, Rose, Ella, Fern, Quella, Nancy, Cynthia, Fannie and Troy; and her children-in-law, Thomas "Tommy" Harless, Garland Richardson and Dora Ann Bostic (Ratcliff).
She is survived by: her children, Madeline Richardson (Garland), James Russell Bostic (Louise), Nancy Carol Harless and Pulaski; her grandchildren, Dianna, JoAnn, Cheryl, Jimmy, James Edward "Eddie", Tasha, Ashley and Moretta; and her close friends, Bob Griffith, Jack Moore and Sarah Blanton.
