He is survived by: his children, Katrina Bush of Denton and JohnCurtis "J. C."; and his siblings, Beth (Scott Peer), Rebecca "Becky" Burton, Miccia (Wesley Kouns) and Johnnie R. Burton of Willard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
