She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Crabtree and Erna Crabtree (White) of Holly Creek; her husband John Paul Green Jr.; her sisters, Virginia Richards and Sue Glover; her brother-in-law Chuck; her nephew Stephen Glover; and her former husband Richard Lewis of Russell.
She is survived by: her children, J. P. Green (Angie) of Lincoln and Carla Washnock (Greg) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Abby Washnock, Zach Washnock, Johnny Green and Cara Green; her siblings-in-law, Sharon and Roger Haines of Russell; and her nieces and nephews, Melinda Brizendine, Michelle Sloas, Sarah Armstrong-McDonald, Mark Glover, Mike Riggs and Patrick Riggs.
