He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stone and Hattie Tackett Stone; his son William Ray Stone; and his siblings, Theodore Stone, Lillian Wagoner, Betty Carroll and Lorraine Benson.
He is survived by: his nieces, Anita Clark, Kathy Smedley, Brenda Carroll and Barbara Lincoln; and his nephew Kenneth Wagoner.
