He was predeceased by: his brother Keith Edward Campbell; his brother-in-law Jarrod Bush; and his grandparents, Walter and Cloetine Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, Arnold Campbell and Mary Roberts Campbell; his wife Annie Campbell; his daughters, Ella Jane Campbell and Abbey Cate Campbell; his siblings, David Campbell (Cathy Hanshaw) of Olive HIll, Charlie Campbell (Rhonda) of Grayson, Teresia Cooper (John) of Carter City, Stephanie Stamper (Tim) of Wallingford, KY and Melissa Dearfield (Woody) of Grayson; his parents-in-law, Carla Morris (Tim) and Roy Bush; and his sisters-in-law, Nicki Bush and Mindy Sexton (Charles). He is also survived by friends and extended family.
