He is survived by: his wife Minnyann Clark Harper; his sons, John Harper (Robin) of Grayson, Chester Harper Jr. of Grayson, Stanley Harper (Angie) of Grayson and Daryl Harper (Bambi) of Atlanta, GA; his sisters, Elizabeth Bradley of St. Louis, MO, Rosemary Lee of Grayson, Bonnie Felty of Grayson and Jane Tackett (Gary) of Georgetown, KY; his granddaughter Missy Caudill (Scott) of Olive Hill; his great grandchildren, Marissa Caudill and Matthew Caudill of Olive Hill; and his son-in-law Scott Caudill.
