He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Morgan and Edith Morgan (Dowdy); his wife Donna Jean Morgan; his brother Clayton Morgan; and his brother-in-law Gary Wallace.

He is survived by: his son Chanc of Grayson; his sisters, Donna Kay Wallace of Lawrenceburg, TN and Lynn Caldwell (Jerry) of Lebanon, TN; his nephews, Joshua Wallace (Wendy), Jonathan Caldwell and Stephen Caldwell (Paige); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josiah, Tobias, Jana Lynn (Chris) and Leighann; and also, CayleeMae of Tennessee and ElsieRae of Tennessee.
