She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Meyer (Jeremiah) of West Liberty, Shaunda Harlow (Kelvin McCullough) of Grayson and Kimberly Waugh (Greg) of Grayson; her grandchildren, Timothy (Molly), Trenton, Kayleigh, Katherine, Melyssa, Krysta, Isabella, Christopher Lee and Jacob; and her siblings, Earnestine Maddix of Olive Hill, Homer Maddix (Sandy) of Grahn and Gary Maddix (Janet) of Grahn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
