She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Morriss and Ruth Belle Roberts Morriss; and her son Terry Shaffer. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Shaffer of Grayson; and her children, Mike Shaffer (Darlene) of Grayson, Greg Shaffer (Donita) of Hitchins and Robin Rodgers (Dale) of Grayson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
