He is survived by: his parent Orilla Maggard of Grayson; his wife Janice Gannon Johnson; his children, Chris Johnson (Tammy) of Grayson, Samuel Johnson (Victoria) of Ashland, Sean Johnson of Grayson, Patricia Marshall (Dale) of Greenup and Leann Stinnett (Jeff) of Grayson; his stepdaughter Danielle Clifton (Shaun) of Ashland; and his siblings, Ernie Johnson of Grayson, Anthony Maggard of Grayson, Elaine Maggard of Grayson, Althea Courson (Tyrone) of Andalusia, AL, Connie Maggard of Stamping Ground, KY, Vickie Maggard of Grayson and Charlesetta Maggard of Grayson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
