He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Harris and Marie Grizzell Harris Bowen; his son David Harris; his grandson Austin Greenhill; and his brother Bill Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Johnson Harris; his children, April Buck (Bill) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Spring Hart of Ashland, KY, Michelle Triplett (Josh) of Ashland, KY and Darrell Fannin; his siblings, Betty "Sis" Claxon of Greenup, Bonnie Bowen Brunner of Grayson and Jerry Mitchell Harris of Grayson; his grandchildren, Alania Tomoro Harris, Travis Marshall, Haley Buck (Savannah) of Chris Smith, J. W., Autum Hart, Chase Williams and Kaitlyn Williams; his niece Daylena Gilbert; his nephew Johnnie Lee; and his great-nephew Frank Barker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
