He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Ratcliff and Hazel Jane Queen Ratcliff; and his brother Gene Ratcliff. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Ratcliff (Lana) of Flatgap, Bill Ratcliff of Logan and Rich Ratcliff (Mary) of Lanscaster; and his siblings, Donald Ratcliff of Lawrence County, Kay Felty of Grayson and Sue Flaugher of Grayson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
