He is survived by: his wife Diane Johnson Smith; his daughters, Amanda Smith (Marshall) of Ashland and Latoya Thomas of Olive Hill; his grandsons, Jesse Wyatt Salyers of Olive Hill and Billy Joe Thomas of Olive Hill; his stepson Chris Hicks of Grayson; and his siblings, Ray Smith of Hillsboro, OH, Cecil Smith (Carolyn) of Sandy Hook, David Smith (Linda Jean) of Sandy Hook, Linda Clevenger and Olvie Puckett of Palmetto, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
