She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Richard Claxon and Ida Dee Martin Claxon; her husband Edwin J. Womack; and her siblings, Virginia Smith, Kenneth Claxon, Annabelle Craycraft, Louise Coalgrove, Katherine Ison and Thomas Claxon.
She is survived by: her sister Rose Goins; her sons, Silas Edwin Womack (Kathy) of Concord, NC, Richard Lynn Womack (Karen) of Charlotte, NC and Gregory Keith Womack, Sr. (Susan Tracey); her grandchildren, Natalie Morgan, Ashlyn Lambert and Keith Womack; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Camryn, Coltyn, Waylon, Allisyn, Wyatt, Benjamin and Ethan.
