It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Frazier (Grayson, Kentucky), born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin S. Lewis and Beatrice Smith Lewis; her husband Howard E. Frazier; and her siblings, Ruth Stamper, Mary Zornes, Juanita Frazier, Kathleen Mullins, Chole Ann Lewis, Homer, Edward and Martin Lewis Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
