He was predeceased by: his parents, Brice Burton and Allene Hager Burton. He is survived by: his significant other Judy Osborne of Grayson, Kentucky; his brother David Burton of Clarksville, Tennessee; and his stepgrandchildren, Taylor and Clayton of Nicholasville. He is also survived by one stepson; two stepdaughters.
