She was predeceased by: her father John David Dale; and her husband James Wolfe. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Faye Conn Dale of Clearfield; her children, James Wolfe II of Clearfield, Kentucky and Tashina Rogers (Chad) of Brooksville, Florida; and her grandchildren, Jaymee, Jase, Jaylee, Jordyn and Cayden. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
