He is survived by: his wife Marsha Rice Oney; his daughter Aleigh Oney-Zimmerman (Elijah) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Peyton McComas, Silas McComas and Bennett Zimmerman; his parents-in-law, Joyce A. Rice and Kenny Rice (Charlene); and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Rice (Jeanie), Rodney Rice (Candi Kouns), Chuck Rice and Chad Rice (Heather).

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
