She was predeceased by: her parents, Lovell E. Bush and Lula Smith Bush; her husband Jack Wilburn Bush; her son Curtis Michael "Mike" Bush; her son-in-law Johnny Greene; and her siblings, Elmer Bush, Johnny Bush, Elton Bush, Darlene Criswell and Thelma Riffe.
She is survived by: her children, Cavel Wilburn Bush (Elaine) of Grayson, Jackie Ann Campbell (Kevin) and Angelia J. Greene; her daughter-in-law Doretha Horsley Bush of Greenup; her grandchildren, Britt Bush (Caren), Myka Grayson (Matt), Joshua Greene (Cortnea) and Kayla Hall (George); and her great grandchildren, Kristy Greene, Landon Greene, Ella Joy Bush and Audrey Jane Bush. She is also survived by fur baby, "Izek"; and a host of friends and extended family.
