She is survived by: her sons, Carl Douglas Stephens Jr. (Doreatha) of Grayson, KY and Van Gregory Stephens (Libby) of Grayson, KY; her grandchildren, Douglas Recole Stephens (Shannon), Melissa Anna Mabry, Van Gregory Stephens II (Britney) and Corey Robinson Stephens (Trish); her great grandchildren, Erin Leigh Wilson (Corey), Rhiannon Hope Greer, Adam Delane Mabry, Jackson Nicole Stephens and Carl Zackary Mabry; and her great great grandchildren, Baily, Carter Wilson, Adeline Hope and Emmitt Greer.
