She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Wayne Carmical of Grays Knob; her children, Jimmy Wayne Carmical, Jr. of Harlan, Scotty E. Carmical of Harlan, Grays Knob of Harlan and Kim Blanton of Harlan; her stepbrothers, James Perkins of London, Joe Perkins and Mike Pacholewski; her sister Juanita Farmer of Grays Knob; and her stepsister Janice Saylor. She is also survived by five grandchildren and a host of friends.
