He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Mills and Amanda Mills; and his wife Patricia Mills. He is survived by: his children, Clarence "Chuck" Mills (Michelle) and Brenda Hughes; his grandchildren, Amanda Mills (Isaiah), Brandie Mills (Jay Smith), Brad Mills (Amanda), Cody Hughes (Stephanie) and Josh Hughes; and his sisters, Irene, Lorene and Audrey. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
