She was predeceased by: her mother Loretta Dunn; her father-in-law Raymond Moore; her grandparents, Commie, Mattie Dunn, A. L. and Kathleen Phipps; and her brother-in-law Randy Terrell.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck Moore; her children, Ashley Engle (Dwayne), Ryan Moore (Brooke) and Adam Moore; her grandchildren, Tyrus, Alyssa Engle and Riley Moore; her father Codell Phipps (Pat); her mother-in-law Josephine Moore; her siblings, Rev. Tim Phipps (Gail), Rev. Dale Phipps (Jennifer), Donnie Phipps (Pam) and Kim Terrell; her brother-in-law Raymond Moore (Patricia); and her aunt Kathi Baker (Keith). She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.
Even in death, Vickie continued to give, as she was a registered organ donor and was able to donate her kidneys.
