He is survived by: his child Kasey Oliver (Cody Steele); the mother of his child Judy Hamblin; his children, Heather Perry (Kevin), Patricia Oliver Hair (Donald), Donna Toler and Earl Oliver; and his sisters, Norma Jean and Brenda. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
