With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Wells Craig of Gray, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Sarah Wells leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Wells and Violet Wells; and her siblings, Lois Ritter, Jan Dewees and Ralph Wells.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Craig; her daughter Bridgett Craig Leeds (John); and her sister Jewell Johnson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the 17th Street Christian Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to 17th Street Christian Church.
