He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitley Grubb and Lillie Grubb. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Grubb; his daughters, Dottie Smith of Gray, Pamela Ballard (Tom) of Bardstown, Cindy Kaye Mills (Joel David) of London, Deborah Ova Mills of Gray and Deanna Howard of Gray; and his grandchildren, Joshua Ballard (Leandra), Rebecca Mudd (Nick), Sarah Carnes (Justin), Jacob Ballard (Hailey), Hunter West, Chelsie Mills (James), Katie Ballard, Joseph Mills (Madison) and Isabella Mills. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, five brothers and two sisters.
