She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Lewis and Alice Lewis; her husband Delmas Lewis; her son Harold Lewis; her daughter-in-law Peggy Lewis; her grandson Andrew; and her siblings, Dewy Lewis, Cynthia Harris, John Lewis, Mary Baker, Martha Lewis, Elsa Lewis, Mossie Miniard and Lucy Miniard.
She is survived by: her son Eddie Lewis; her grandsons, Mike and Brian; and her sister Annie Miniard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
