She is survived by: her husband Martin Havelka; her mother Willa Kelly Tipton; her sons, Anthony Alexander Havelka and Martin Dominic Havelka; and her siblings, Jerry Tipton (Pollie), Glenn Tipton, Rhonda Townsley, Jan Hollin and Nina Reece (Richmond). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
