She is survived by: her husband Donald Owens of Gray; her sister Christine Engle of Gray; her brother-in-law Johnny Hatfield of Corbin; her uncle Lester "Buck" Elliott of Gray; her grandchildren, Austin Riggs (Brooke) of Franklin, IN, Owen J. T. Riggs of Franklin, IN, Reid, Reagan Brewer of Barbourville, Khloe and Kamden Scalf of Corbin; her great grandchild Aria Riggs; her nephew Vernon Engle Jr. (Carrie) of Gray; her nieces, Darlene Stidham (Jeff) of London and Christy Pennington of Corbin; and her great-nieces, Kailey Stidham and Allie Pennington.
The family requests that all visitors wear a facial covering and practice social distancing during the visitation and funeral service.
