He is survived by: his wife Megan Goforth; his parents, Henry Goforth and Myra Goforth; his children, Kason Joshua Goforth, Ivory Aehlisa Faith Goforth and Hailo Elaine Grace Goforth; his siblings, Jeremiah Goforth (Brandy) and Joanna Goforth; his close friends, D. J. Webb, Kathy, Kenny Hubbs, Jenna, Shelby and Nathan Hubbs; and his nephews, Ethan Goforth, Harley Weddle, Maddox Goforth, Benjamin Goforth and Jackson Kilburn.
