It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Roy Asher of Gray, Kentucky, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Denver and Ella Mae Wilson Asher; his wife Carolyn Jean Asher; his son Randall Dewayne Asher; his grandparents, James and Bertha Asher; his parents-in-law, Ples and Mollie Smith Mills; his brothers, Danny and Ricky Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Charles and Donnie Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Chesnut (Pat) of Gray, Elisha Fisher (Greg) of Gray and Brandi Cox (Matthew) of Gray; his siblings, Mickey Hoffman, Vickie Flanigan, Larry and Tommy Lewis; his siblings-in-law, Linda Harris Smith and Allen Mills; and his grandchildren, Trey Asher Chesnut, Brody Charles Fisher, Tatum Randall Cox and Tinley Reese Cox.
