He is survived by: his parents, Darlene Smith and Earl Smith; his siblings, Teddy Smallwood, Earl Henson (Jessica), Timmy Henson, Gary Scalf (Danielle), Crystal Henson, Tina Smith and Tonya Smith; his aunts and uncles, Steve Smallwood, Bill Smallwood, Beige Smith, Mary Estep and Loretta Mills; and his friends, Johnny Elliott and Shana Napier.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
