He was predeceased by: his parent Delmas; his wife Peggy Lewis; and his brother Harold Lewis. He is survived by: his close friend April Baker-Reese (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Joshua Reese (Sydnee), Colton Reese, Jessica Brown (Ben), Cheyenne Brown, Kennedy Brown, Avery Brown, Michael Lewis (Denise), Sam Lewis, Annie Lewis and Sophie Lewis; and his close friend Jennie Siler.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701).
