He is survived by: his mother Shirley Overbay Smith; his children, Amanda Smith, J. D. Smith (Cara) and Stephanie Smith (Jesse); his sister Tammy Bargo (Douglas); his sister-in-law Fran Smith; his brothers, Terry and Ricky Smith; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Denver, Nora, Maverick, Mason and Hunter Smith; his former wife Victoria Carter; and also Connie Carter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
