He was predeceased by: his wife Cansetta Jo Parks; and his sisters, Mabel Woods and Doris Phipps. He is survived by: his children, Dewey Parks Jr. of Gray, Billy Parks (Angelina) of Gray and Jaime Messer of Gray; his grandchildren, Gage Roark, Tritt Parks, Kiersten Bowlin, Jesse Parks, Nick Parks, Monica Broughton, Jakob Parks, Carlee Goble, Iley Parks, Rafe Reaves-Lester, Logan Messer and Justice Reaves Lester; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Roark, Harli Prewitt, Axel Parks, Abel Parks, Sundance Parks, Maxtyn Bowlin, Harvey Bowlin, Tobias Bowlin, Bennett Broughton and Clementine Bowlin.
