It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delora Mills (Gray, Kentucky), born in Clay, Kentucky, who passed away on August 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Jackson and Vernie Jackson Hollin; her husband John D. Mills; her daughter Georgia Mills; and her sister Elizabeth Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest Mills, Dessie Snyder, Lester Jackson, Margaret Barnes, Allen Pickard and Delora Pickard; and her siblings, Leona McCreary, Georgia Humfleet, Mary Shorter, Martha Shorter, Sarah Gray, Alice Jones, Flossie Hinkle, Axie Scott and Larkin Hollin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
