She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzel Parker Hughes and Lodie Irene Hughes; her son Wesley Eagle; and her siblings, Larry Lee Hughes, Denzel Paul Hughes, Jr. and Cindy Hughes.
She is survived by: her husband Breckey Eagle; her children, Sherrie Renee Sasser (Greg), Breckey Carl Eagle, Jr. (Michelle) and Matilda House (Kevin); her grandchildren, Seth Eagle, Topanga Ralph, Kelsey House Fox (Dylan), Kevin Ryan House (Lakyn), Samuel Braxton House, Cody Eagle (Maddie), Cassidy Eagle (Isaiah), Joshua Sasser (Kara) and Emileigh Sasser (Coleman); her great grandchildren, Greyson Sturgill, Owen Fox, Raelynn Tallent and Colter Joshua Sasser; and her sisters, Mary Farris, Ada Wasierski and Elizabeth Blanton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
